Michael Paten, President IsoQual, Inc., dba ISO-Online Mike Paten has over 25 years of consulting, operational and corporate level experience in quality management and productivity improvement.  Mike has experience in developing and implementing quality management systems and has helped many organizations achieve registration to a variety of ISO 9000 based standards (including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 13485:2003, ISO 29001:2007, and ISO 14001:2004). Mike also served as Director of Quality for a Navy engineering and industrial activity and recently helped the Navy conduct preservation process assessments at all of their US based public and private ship repair and new construction yards.  Mike holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration, and has helped design tools and processes to help small businesses assess, develop, implement and improve their quality systems.   Mike is an RABQSA Certified QMS Auditor, an AIAG Certified Supplier Quality Auditor (for ISO/TS 16949), an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and a senior member of the American Society for Quality.
